Patrick T. O'Regan Jr.

Education

Patrick T. O'Regan Jr. holds a B.A. in economics from Brown University (1982), a law degree from Suffolk University Law School (1985), and an M.B.A. with an emphasis on International Finance from Trinity College, Dublin Ireland (1988).

Legal Affiliations

Patrick is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (1986) and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Massachusetts. Patrick is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and is a Master in the American Inns of Court, Suffolk University Litigation Inn. Patrick is also a member of Licensing Executives Society (LES).

 

Prior Experience:

Prior to forming the firm of O'Regan & O'Regan, Patrick was an associate for Edward T. Angley with a practice focused on zoning, land use, and real estate development. Previously, he worked for Ament & Ament and represented buyers and sellers in all phases of real estate transactions.  Patrick also clerked in the legal department of Wang Labs during law school  focusing primarily on intellectual property.

Community Service Activities

Patrick actively participates in a variety of local community service activities. These activities include:

  • Falmouth Housing Authority (1993-present): currently serving as Chairman of the Board.
  • Director and Co-Founder Falmouth Rotary Foundation.
  • Past President, Falmouth Rotary Club (1998-1999).
  • Director and Co-Founder, Falmouth Housing Corp. (1998 - present).
  • Former Director, Falmouth Housing Trust (1994 - 2000).

Publications

Patrick has also made regular contributions to the Journal of Internet Law.
